accolades-

“I was always impressed by the beauty of her compositions, which were admirably well heard and imagined, and showed a marked gift for melody…In all the compositions there was a satisfying completeness, musicianship and an honesty which can't be taught.” -Allen Shawn, American composer, pianist, educator, and author

“I thought Mirche’s compositions were some of the strongest…elegant, lyrical pieces with catchy, coherently developed motives, and even chromatic experimentation, including an intriguing, dissonant piano prelude.” -Nicholas Brooke, American composer, musician, arranger, and educator

“Mirche made the most of this independent study in all things audio. And that means ALL things: recording techniques, mic know-how, board and bus management, mixing mastering, live sound set-up and mix, and even live lights. She is a consistently hard working…determined…and that is what is required to excel in this work. This also helps to bridge her songwriting and performing skills to a wider audience.” -John Kirk, nationally recognized singer, multi-instrumentalist, recording artist, educator, and inductee of North America’s Fiddler Hall of Fame
